At Loomed by J, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at support@loomedbyj.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it.

If your claim is approved, you’ll be eligible for a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
